Paul is a highly experienced and qualified financial planning professional. Paul joined the financial services industry in 1983 and has worked in different roles within the sector. He became an adviser in 1997 and has worked within large, medium and small advisory firms.
Since becoming an adviser, Paul has continued developing his knowledge and experience by taking relevant examinations. He became a Chartered Financial Planner in 2014 and then became a Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute in 2015. He is an Accredited Pensions Specialist, but is also qualified (and experienced) in a number of other areas.
Paul has specialised in working with independent schools since 2015 and provides financial guidance to both academic and support staff on all aspects of financial planning, as well as providing specialist remuneration and retirement strategies for senior academic staff and guiding them through the effects of pension accrual tax.
Paul is married to Sue and has two daughters, a step-son and two grandsons. His interests include golf, swimming and following Sheffield Wednesday FC.
