What to do if you have a complaint
Our clients value the service we provide and often recommend us to others. In the unlikely event that a client is not satisfied they may register a complaint. All complaints are investigated in accordance with our internal complaints procedure (a copy is available on request) and the Financial Conduct Authority’s (FCA) rules on complaint handling.
